The Complete Process

Step 1 - Discovery Call

  • This is an opportunity for us to start the process of getting to know you as well as provides you with the chance to express your goals for your space.

  • After the Discovery Call, you will fill out a questionnaire to get a better idea of your vision.

Step 2 - On Site Consultation

  • During the consultation, we will discuss your design needs, budget, styles, and inspiration.

  • Based on the type of your selected consultation, a complete and thorough inspection will take place including measurements and photos capturing all the areas to be REIMAGINED!

Step 3 - Package Presentation

  • The following packages will be presented for you to make a selection:

  • DIY Package - You will complete the upgrades/repairs yourself and no REIMAGINED services are needed by The RHD Team at this time!

  • Hybrid Package - You will select which upgrades/repairs you will do yourself and assign specific upgrades/repairs to be REIMAGINED by The RHD Team!

  • REIMAGINED Package - Your space will be completely REIMAGINED by The RDH Team!

Step 4 - Package Revisions

  • You have had time to review the package options and this is your opportunity to ask additional questions to make your final decision to get your project on its way!

Step 5 - Package Finalization

  • The necessary adjustments have been made and confirmed - signatures and payments are due!

Step 6 - Construction Phase

  • This is the time for demo work, sub contractors to complete repairs, and all parties involved to complete your REIMAGINED project!

Step 7 - Clean Up Phase

  • Upon completion of the construction phase, your space will undergo a thorough residential cleaning!

Step 8 - Install Phase

  • This is the phase for furniture, decor, and final touches!

Step 9 - Walk Through Phase

  • You walk through examining the project to make sure you are pleased and bring attention to any areas needing a touch up.

Step 10 - You have been REIMAGINED!
